My Macro desire issues - Solved

I had an issue with my beloved D70. Macro shots are much to be desired with my standard 17-80mm lens. Solution was to either spend money on a macro lens (and risk wasting money on buying a new one) or wait for a few months till a good second hand macro lens comes on Free Trade Zone (MIR-FTZ) and , in the mean time, buy a point and shoot camera with great macro capabilities.. Then I stumbled across this beauty. Problem solved. I love my ixus 50.. And its great to bring on future holidays where I can just plop this baby in my pants or shirt pocket (D70 cannot masuk pocket, mahhh...)

Damn, if I can only figure out where I misplaced my ixus 50 battery charger. Ha Ha,, till then, my ixus 50 is safely stored in my safe this week...
